Sara Magnusdottir is a jazz pianist, composer and arranger. She is active in Reykjavík’s jazz scene as a bandleader with her quartet and a sideman in various jazz projects. She also works with many singers and has been involved in pop projects as a keyboardist.
Sara composes music for her quartet and also big band music. Sara graduated from FÍH school of music in Reykjavík in 2017 and now studies in William Paterson University in New Jersey, USA. Sara also does arranging work, and has arranged a book of sheet music which is to release in 2021.
