Carolina Salas (Salas Filmworks) is a Producer and cultural manager who works internationally, primarily in Iceland and Spain. Her prior work as producer or co-producer includes the feature film Everything in the End by Mylissa Fitzsimmons, The arthouse feature horror, A Dane that Couldn´t Ride a Bike by Sigurvin Falk, the feature doc Home Again by Dögg Mósesdóttir and the short films Roque, Fortuna, Omagbon, LjósÖld, Islandia, Storm Room, The Silence of the Fish as well as a variety of commercial and service jobs. She had a variety of roles within film festivals in Iceland such as Stockfish IFF and Northern Wave IFF and is currently head of Industry for the Reykjavík International Film Festival as well as the project manager for the Talent Lab.
